Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We currently use their shipping labels in concert with the services provided by the United States Postal Service to deliver your order.
We currently ship within the United States of America. If you are outside of the US, feel free to contact us at email@example.com to see what arrangements may be possible.
Shipping rates may vary. We use calculated shipping rates that are provided within Shopify's platform. At checkout, the cart information (weight and package size) is provided to the shipping carrier and they calculate the cost of shipping. We do this to pass on to our customers the exact cost of shipping an order.
We do offer free shipping on orders over $35. No code is needed anymore! Fill your cart and the option will be available at checkout. We also offer free pick up at in-person events or in Sunnyside, Queens, NY. This option is listed at check out. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about this.
Most orders ship the following business day. Some orders (like custom orders) take longer and that is described on the product page. All orders that are shipped will have tracking emailed to the customer. That tracking page will have the most accurate estimates for delivery.
