We want to make sure you get your items on time for that celebration, party, or gift giving opportunity. When you order from R+D, you can choose to ship your items as a first-class package or a priority mail package. Typically all orders will ship on the next business day. We want to get your order into the hands of the USPS as soon as possible so it can begin it's journey to you. See our full shipping policy here.
For the 2021 holiday season, we're using the recommendations from the USPS to create a few shipping deadlines. And in fact, the USPS has asked people to expect delays and that packages would take a few days longer to arrive. You can always order after the dates below and you may still get your items, but it is up to factors that are out of our control. We suggest you err on the side of early to be safe!!
November 11, 2021:
Veterans Day
Any orders placed 11/10 after 12 noon through 11/11 will ship on 11/12 as Veteran's Day is a Federal Holiday.
November 22, 2021:
Shipping Deadline before the first night of Hannukah
Any orders placed before 9am on 11/22 should be able to arrive before the first night of Hannukah on 11/28. Any custom orders for Hannukah should be placed no later than Friday 11/12 to ensure they will ship and arrive in time!
November 25, 2021:
Thanksgiving
Any orders placed after 12pm on 11/24 through 11/25 will ship on 11/26 as Thanksgiving is a Federal Holiday.
December 17, 2021:
Shipping Deadline before Christmas and Kwanzaa
Any orders placed before 9am on 12/17 should be able to arrive before Christmas Eve on 12/24. Any custom orders for Christmas should be placed no later than Wednesday 12/8 to ensure they will ship and arrive on time.
December 24, 2021:
Last day for pick up!
We have lots of dates available for pick up in NYC: Order online and pick it up, ready to go! Make sure to place your order before 6am of the day you want to pick up. Please note, custom orders will still require 1 to 2 weeks of lead time.
