Let's Make a Bee's Knees!

It’s been a while since we’ve done a happy hour so we’re doing a classic one for a good cause! We’ll be using our favorite local honey purveyor, Astor Apiaries and one of my favorite gins, Barr Hill. (You may already know this is one of our favorites if you watched us make a Big City Cat with their Tom Cat Gin)
Every year Barr Hill puts on a Bee's Knees Week to help raise funding and awareness around these little creatures that are responsible for 1 out of 3 bites of food we eat. This year, for every photo posted of this drink, they are planting 10 square feet of bee habitats.
